same street . the next house . it seems that the neighbours didn't have money to renovate . the big house looks amazing but it really needs some paint .

I see a certain charm about this old building just the way it is.

I tend to be more attracted to older unkempt buildings for each unkept structure always tend to have a long story behind each and everyone...perhaps the people who owns this building has had much hard times that would prevent them from renovating due to the high cost they would have to endure.

I'm on rosy's side. This one without new paint is much more attractive to me. Maybe the owner(s)'d prefer its original appearance to remain.
