let's go inside the walls . and this is the first thing you see once you pass the gate , the castle . the cannons are not real , only replicas and not very good ones . a map of the place and a short description of it's history . looks rather cheesy , not to mention the air-con unit ... so what if it's 500 years old , let's put some air-con outside the windows and right in front of the entrance . how stupid can they be ?

Thanks Ro, for the daily posting of your visit. From the stairs to the inside of the place. Very interesting as if I am doing the walking. It is a nice and historial place.
I like the photos, but know what you mean about modern things like air-conditioning on old historic buildings. I have noticed many times when in various parts of Europe that the TV antennas give away the date. Some cities with all the old magnificent historic buildings you could not tell they were form this area except the TV antennas.
