bus stop

ever wonder how a bus stop looks like here in brasov ? probably not but i will show you anyway .
we have 3 sizes and you can see the big one and the small one . all the stops have something like this . but only from last year , sorry , 2006 . before that , nothing , most of them not even had some benches to sit on. everything was done in 2006 but already a lot of them are destroyed , broken by vandals . in the big photo you can see the boards on the pole with all the buses and the schedules . depending on the line , some buses comes 2 , 3 times / hour , others up to 5 , 6 times / hour .

I like this post. It brings out the daily livelihood of the place.
Well done!

Looks like buses are a popular way to get around. Even a magazine stand at one of them.

Interesting to know your way of life, ro. Hope to see more as I have never been there, mostly travelled to this half of the planet....lol :)

Again, neat to see the everyday side of Brasov. Interesting to see how things are similar and how things are different. That's why I keep coming back. Nice going.

I wonder what is about vandals and bus shelters - it seems to be common problem everywhere in the world.

Most of the bus stops here look like the one in your second photograph. You know Miami, Ro, you've been here--if they added on a shop like the one in the first photograph it would be vandalized.
